ABPY Constructions & maintenance services is a leading building & maintenance contractor with a broad range of experience gained over the years combined in the construction industry. Founded in 2010, the company has a reputation for integrity, professionalism and excellence.
We provide a comprehensive range of construction & maintenance services to our Clients, including: Renovations, management contracting, design build and, partnerships / turnkey arrangements as well as traditional contracting.
With our Head Office in South JHB, we have the expertise to deliver large and complex projects across all sectors of the industry.
We have a strong reputation for achieving excellence in quality, innovation and delivery while providing our Clients with a level of service that meets their expectations. This is reflected in the level of repeat business and the long term relationships we maintain with our Clients.

ABPY Constructions and Maintenance is accredited with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) ratings of 1 GB PE. in these categories we are placed on par with all the medium construction companies in South Africa.

ABPY C&M is 100% black-owned and has been rated as a Level 2 contributor to BEE in terms of the DTI's Construction Sector Charter.

ABPY Construction (Pty) Ltd is a construction company that provides building construction, civil engineering, and roads and earth works services in South Africa. Its portfolio includes roads and highways, dams and earth works, bridges and interchanges, canals, and pipelines and buildings. The company also provides pipe installation and rehabilitation services, such as pipe laying of welded steel and HDPE, PVC, ductile, and concrete pipes; and trench works, including milling, CIPP lining, sewage lining, slip lining, CCTV inspection, pipe cracking, tunneling, and leak detection of water and gas mains. In addition, it offers roads surfacing, asphalt, and contract rehabilitation services.

ECSA - Engineering Council of South Africa is an organization that works in partnership with the State and the engineering profession to promote a high level of education and training of practitioners in the engineering profession so as to facilitate full recognition of professionalism in the engineering profession, both locally and abroad.

SACPCMP is the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions that was established to provide for statutory professional certification, registration and regulation of Project and Construction Management Professions to protect public interest and advance construction and project management education.

CETA’s (Construction Education and Training Authority) primary objective is to influence the course of training and skills development in the construction sector.

ASIB - The role of the Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau is to assist in raising and upholding the quality of work and agreed standards in the fixed fire protection industry.

CIDB - To direct and drive an integrated construction industry development strategy that transforms the role of industry and stake holders for sustainable growth, improved delivery, performance and value to public and private sector clients, and investors through strategic partnerships.

MBSA - Master Builder’s Association is a national organization speaking on behalf of its members, the Master Builders Associations (MBA) and specialized Affiliate members promote quality and standards through excellence in service to our members, support national policies, and to create a sustainable and democratic building industry.

NHBRC - The National Home Builders Registration Council was established in terms of the Housing Consumer Protection Measures Act, 1998 (Act No. 95 of 1998). The Council is mainly established to protect the interest of housing consumers, and to regulate the home building industry.

The SACQS - South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession whose mandate is to facilitate world class professional practice in Quantity Surveying that is in the forefront of the development of the built environment.

SAIOSH - South African Institution of Occupational Safety and Health  is a professional body not for gain which is committed to the prevention and reduction of work place incidents and accidents in South Africa.

WET & DRY RATES
The "Dry Rate" is charged when the customer supplies the fuel for the equipment. The "Wet Rate" is charged when ABPY supplies the fuel for the equipment. Please make certain you are quoted the correct rate.

GROUND ENGAGING PARTS
Ground engaging parts (e.g. buckets and bucket teeth) will be charged separately. Please ensure that you are familiar with the conditions set out in the hire agreement.

Equipment with tyres: If a wheel is punctured, or a tyre is damaged due to bad site conditions, the customer will be held responsible for the cost of damage. In terms of the hire agreement, no downtime (or standing time) will be allowed for.
